What is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that works with the body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony. Through light touch or hands placed just above the body, Reiki supports the flow of energy and invites the nervous system into a state of deep rest.
This subtle yet powerful work can support emotional balance, stress relief, fatigue, burnout and periods of inner or outer change. Reiki does not force change, but creates the conditions in which your system can soften, release and recalibrate.
Reiki sessions are suitable if you feel overwhelmed, depleted, emotionally sensitive, or simply in need of gentle support and reconnection.
What to expect
Your Reiki session begins with a short check-in, allowing space to arrive and share how you’re feeling. The treatment then unfolds in stillness, with you resting comfortably on the massage table, fully clothed.
The session is quiet and deeply calming. Many people experience a sense of warmth, grounding, emotional release or deep relaxation, while others simply enjoy resting without needing to do anything at all. Every experience is individual and unfolds in its own way.
Reiki sessions are non-invasive and always adapted to your comfort and boundaries. You are welcome to rest, breathe or simply be present.
Reiki is offered in the studio, as a home visit, or online, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
