What is Body & Mind Balance
Body & Mind Balance is an integrative session combining intuitive bodywork with energy healing. It brings together touch, presence and subtle energy work to support deeper regulation and integration on physical, emotional and energetic levels.
This session is especially suitable when a single approach feels insufficient — when your body, emotions and energy system all need attention and time to settle together. The work adapts moment by moment, guided by what emerges during the session.
Body & Mind Balance creates space not only for release, but for reconnection — helping you come back into a felt sense of wholeness and inner alignment.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a short check-in, allowing space to arrive and share what is present for you. From there, the session unfolds intuitively and may include a combination of massage, stillness, energy work, breath awareness or gentle integration practices.
The pace is unhurried and responsive. Some sessions feel deeply restful, others more grounding or emotionally clarifying. Everything is adapted to your comfort, boundaries and current capacity.
These sessions are longer, allowing enough time for your nervous system to settle and for deeper layers to be met without rushing.
Body & Mind Balance is offered in the studio or as a home visit, depending on availability and what feels most supportive for you.
Please, come wearing comfortable clothes or feel free to bring a set of clothes to change into, in case the body work part will take place on the futon.
