The massage may include slow, grounding strokes, deeper therapeutic work, gentle holding, or stillness — always responding to what feels supportive and appropriate for you. What to Expect

You can expect a calm, respectful atmosphere where nothing is forced and there is no pressure to “achieve” anything. Some sessions are deeply relaxing, others may feel more grounding or emotionally releasing — all of this is welcome and held with care.
Sessions take place on the massage table and are adapted to your comfort at all times. You are invited to rest, breathe and receive, knowing that the session will be shaped around you.
Intuitive massage is offered in the studio, as a home visit, or as part of a longer integrative session, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
